Launched in 2020, The All-American: Homecoming’ Grand Slam HBCU Scholarship program is a highly coveted scholarship that provides an opportunity for students in Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) across the United States.

This scholarship is sponsored by the Warner Bros. Television Group in collaboration with NAACP. It is inspired by The CW’s series, “All American Homecoming,” a spin-off of the WBTV/The CW drama, “All American”. This scholarship is a non-renewable scholarship opportunity.

Objectives of the HBCU scholarship program

This scholarship intends to provide financial support to students pursuing undergraduate degrees across Historical Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) throughout the U.S.

It aims to alleviate the financial burden of attending college and allow students to focus on their studies and personal growth.

In addition to the financial support provided by the scholarship, recipients can also have access to a range of support systems designed to help them succeed in college. These include mentorship, career counseling, and network opportunities amongst others.

The All-American: Homecoming Grand Slam Scholarship awards $100,000 in grants to 10 outstanding students. Each student receives $10,000 to assist them with tuition and other academic expenses.
