- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities;
- Impersonate another person or entity;
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate others;

All content on SM, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SM or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any content on SM without our prior written consent.

SM is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that SM will be uninterrupted,
error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful code. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall SM or its affiliates, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with your use of SM, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification:
